- All our products are delivered directly from stock from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
- At Elbrus Horology we offer free shipping for all orders. All orders are processed by DHL.
- All orders are standard provided with a Track & Trace code, which is automatically sent by E-mail after the order.
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items?
What a shame, but of course that can happen! If the items meet a number of conditions, you can always return them to us. We will of course refund you the purchase amount.
We would like to know from you why the package is being returned so that we can always improve our quality. For that reason, a return form must always be completed.
Please contact our customer service for the return form. Add the return form to the package so that we can process it!
- Returns are possible within 14 days.
- Products must be in original condition and provided with original tags and labels.
- The items to be returned do not contain any user traces.
- Pay attention! If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we, unfortunately, cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
- Always make sure that your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Sending your return via letterbox post where you do not receive a Track & Trace code is at your own risk.
- As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
- When we have received your returned item, we will contact you via a confirmation email. Within a few days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back on your account!
